Sat Dharam graduated in 1989 from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine with awards in homeopathy and psychology. She holds both B.Sc. and B.A. degrees from the University of Guelph and a diploma in fine art from the Ontario College of Art. Sat Dharam was awarded the “Naturopathic Doctor of the Year” award by the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors in 2000 for her work in breast cancer prevention and environmental education. Sat Dharam developed the Healthy Breast Program in an effort to educate women in naturopathic ways to prevent and treat breast cancer. She has taught the Healthy Breast Program to patients and the public since 1996 and lectures regularly at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine on breast health and stress management. She presented the Healthy Breast Program at the first, second and third world conferences on Breast Cancer in 1997, 1999 and 2002, and at conferences around the world. Sat Dharam's bestselling books include A Call to Women, The Complete Natural Medicine Guide to Breast Cancer, and The Complete Natural Medicine Guide to Women's Health. Sat Dharam has been studying Kundalini Yoga with Yogi Bhajan since 1979 and has facilitated teacher training programs in Toronto and New Mexico. She has developed a yoga-based addiction recovery program, as well as a breast health yoga training, designed to help educate women in breast cancer prevention through Kundalini Yoga and lifestyle change. She has been a guest instructor at the summer Kundalini Yoga Festival in France, at 3HO Women’s Camps in New Mexico, at the Toronto Yoga Show in 2004, 2008, 2009, 2010 and the Toronto Yoga Festival 2008. Clare Preuss
Clare Preuss was certified to teach by the Yoga Studio in Toronto in 2000, and became one of their principal instructors. She has taught at fitness clubs, high schools, theatres and community centres across southern Ontario. She trained under Dharmanidhi Saraswati in the Satyananda style of yoga, and was initiated into the Saraswati lineage as "Sivapriya". Clare lived and practiced at the Yasodhara Ashram in B.C. Clare is also a choreographer and theatre creator.
Fiona Eden
Fiona has been practicing and teaching Kripalu yoga and meditation for 10 years and is the yoga director at Edale in Big Bay, Ontario. She has previously taught yoga in Guelph and at the Kripalu Centre in Massachusetts, and offers yoga for seniors and private sessions. In the past she has coordinated retreats in Ontario, Mexico and at the Kripalu Centre and is currently building an environmentally friendly straw bale and timber frame retreat centre at Big Bay, near Wiarton.

Frances Brown
Frances Brown began practicing mindfulness meditation in 2003 and furthered her studies during week-long retreats with Shinzen Young as well as a 3 month silent retreat in a Burmese monastery. She returned in 2007 from a 6 month term in India with Mother Theresa's Missionaries of Charity, helping the sick, poor and dying. After her return from Burma and India, she began teaching Mindfulness Meditation to beginners at the Trillium Healing Arts Centre in 2008. Every other month she leads a 1/2 day Meditation retreat to those who are interested in deepening their practice. She also teach individuals or groups who are unable to attend scheduled sessions at the Centre. Mindfulness Meditation provides an opportunity to bring balance and focus to one's life. The meditation techniques help to reduce stress, be present in the moment and allow individuals to become in tune with mind, body and spirit.

Har-Prakash Khalsa
Har-Prakash Khalsa has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1985. Beginning as a student of Zen meditation, Har-Prakash went on to become a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and teacher of Mindfulness meditation. Jana graduated with an honours degree in biology and a minor in nutrition from the University of Guelph in 1992. She has been practicing as a registered massage therapist since 1995 with training in Swedish massage, cranial-sacral therapy and shiatsu. She has taught and practiced Mitsfa postural body work since 1995, which consists of remedial exercises and table work. Jana has lived in the Wiarton area since 2003. She received her Yoga Teacher Training certificate through Yoga Alliance Canada in 2009 after many years of practice. Laura Heming
Laura Heming's medicine name is Turns Around Woman. She looks at every obstacle as part of her spiritual adventure. In her personal life and work she has sought to understand the mystery and magic of how to engage the Living Energies of the Earth for healing and to gain direct experience of spirit. She apprenticed to the Twisted Hair Metis Medicine Society in 1996; was adopted into the Cherokee Nation in 1998; became a Fourth Level Paqo in the Peruvian Inca system in 2008. To this end she completed a multitude of personal and community ceremonies in Canada; Sun Danced twice in Arizona; completed the Hatun Karpay Initiation in the Andean Mountains of Peru; and connected to the Star Nation people in Hawaii.
