Learn how to teach and facilitate support groups based on Sat Dharam Kaur's Healthy Breast Program as described in her books "A Call to Women" and "The Complete Natural Medicine Guide to Breast Cancer". This training was created as a tool to help women both prevent and treat breast cancer using naturopathic therapies, psychological and spiritual exercises, kundalini yoga and environmental activism. Topics include:

  • Environmental Links to Breast Cancer
  • Healthy Breast Diet
  • Nutritional Supplements for Breast Health
  • Whole Body Detoxification
  • Immune Enhancement and Improving Lymphatic Circulation
  • Developing Assertiveness and Releasing Anger
  • Living with Meaning, Purpose and Prayer
  • The Meaning Mandala as a Life Map

Cost : general - $350 + GST for the weekend plus $30 + GST for a teaching manual; $250 + GST for students or breast cancer survivors plus $30 + GST for teaching manual
